Our Mission
Varify + Water For Good
Clean Water Worldwide
Water For Good is committed to creating a future where no one dies from a preventable waterborne disease. In partnership with local leaders, we help communities in Cambodia, the Central African Republic, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Tanzania establish access to reliable water and critical sanitation and hygiene practices—ensuring sustainable change, empowered citizens, and healthy futures.
We approach every project with a commitment to sustainability, innovation, and locally-led community involvement that leads to long-lasting change. Our mission hinges on a holistic model of change called Vision of a Healthy Village – a three-year process that brings safe water access, improved sanitation and hygiene education to the communities we serve. Water For Good
Our work is crucial because the water crisis is unsustainable, impacting 703 million people who lack access to basic water services. Every two minutes, a child under the age of five dies from a preventable waterborne disease. When 1-in-12 people around the world lack reliable access to safe water and 1-in-5 lack access to a toilet, they also lack the opportunity to truly thrive.
Women and children are particularly disadvantaged, often spending hours collecting water that may not even be safe to drink. It affects health, hinders education, perpetuates poverty, and deepens inequality. But together, we can be a source for change that ends the crisis forever.
